Niki Photography offers high end portrait, commercial and wedding photography services in Sonoma, CA, serving the Bay Area. Vibrant images and interesting perspectives, carefully framed compositions and the use of off camera flash, a sense of fun and a deeply artistic approach characterize Nicoletta Camerin’s work, her vision is influenced by her artistic background and her design knowledge. With a BA in Foreign Languages and a minor in Womens’ studies from the University of Bologna, and a BFA in Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, Nicoletta entered the professional world of photography after having her first child, inspired by the desire of capturing precious moments. Nicoletta switched her career from Interior Design to Photography in 2012.
Nicoletta is originally from a small town near Venice, Italy. She grew up immersed in the world of design and history: as a kid she would spend her afternoons in her grandmother’s jewelry store and her father’s antique store. After completing her studies in Italy, she moved to Sonoma in 2003 where she now lives with her wife, two children, a dog and two cats. She loves traveling, she practices and teaches martial arts and self defense. In her free time she loves working on fun projects with her kids, hiking, biking, playing tennis and gardening.
